Poco più di dieci primavere per la rassegna di musica “INNER_SPACES” sostenuta dall’auditorium San Fedele di Milano.
Il titolo per la nuova stagione 2024 “Soglie immersive”, un concept che celebra in modo assoluto l’acustica concepita come momento di sincronia mentale e creativa.
Nello specifico si tratta di otto appuntamenti, dal 22 gennaio al 6 maggio 2024, strutturati come laboratori interattivi che congiungono il linguaggio musicale e un’interiorità estrema proponendo atmosfere estranianti e originando livelli sonori altissimi.
Una dimensione interconnessa tra artista e pubblico, tra pubblico e artista che si dirama in direzioni plurali e aperte.
INNER_ SPACES è una struttura che collega ricerca e sperimentazione in un mosaico che dà spazio a quanto avvenuto rivolgendo l’attenzione a quanto avverrà. Un interesse che esplode nel sentimentalismo artistico e che si manifesta in una tecnica sofisticata ed elegante.
Tra i temi la trasformazione espressiva, la continuità linguistica dettata dall’immersione totale di brani che si succedono, l’importanza timbrica e materica, tutto identificando più soglie e sviluppando un gusto sensitivo completo.
Otto serate in cui i protagonisti centrali saranno i sintetizzatori analogici o digitali.
Tra le collaborazioni quella con Goethe Institut, Jazz is Dead! Festival realizzato da Arci Torino e il Forum Austriaco di Cultura.
Attenzione particolare per l’esibizione di Nicolas Jaar, prevista lunedì 11 marzo: cuore della rassegna intitolata Hieremias propheta. L’artista, per metà statunitense e metà cileno, si esibirà in una sacra rappresentazione del libro del profeta Geremia, creando un momento intimissimo calato nelle moltissime sensibilità dell’elettronica.
Grande attesa anche per la serata di apertura con James Holden per proseguire con Suzanne Ciani, Richard Skelton, Neel, Chiara Trentin..

Just over ten springs for the 'INNER_SPACES' music festival supported by the San Fedele auditorium in Milan.
The new season's title 2024 is “Soglie immersive”, a concept that absolutely celebrates acoustics conceived as a moment of mental and creative synchrony.
Specifically, these are eight appointments, from 22 January to 6 May 2024, structured as interactive workshops that combine the language of music and extreme interiority, proposing alienating atmospheres and giving rise to high sound levels.
An interactive dimension between artist and audience, between audience and artist branching out in plural and receptive directions.
INNER_ SPACES is a structure that links research and experimentation in a mosaic that gives space to what has happened while turning its attention to what is to come. An attention that explodes in artistic feeling and is manifested in a sophisticated and elegant technique.
Themes include expressive transformation, linguistic continuity dictated by the total immersion of successive pieces, timbral and material importance, all identifying multiple thresholds and developing a complete sensual taste.
Eight evenings in which the central protagonists will be analogue and digital synthesisers.
Collaborations include the Goethe Institut, Jazz is Dead! Festival by Arci Torino and the Austrian Cultural Forum.
Special attention will be paid to the performance by Nicolas Jaar, scheduled for Monday, 11 March: the heart of the event entitled Hieremias propheta. The artist, half-American and half-Chilean, will perform a sacred rendition of the book of the prophet Jeremiah, creating a very intimate moment cast in the many sensibilities of electronics.
Great anticipation also for the opening night with James Holden, followed by Suzanne Ciani, Richard Skelton, Neel and Chiara Trentin..
