Perfettamente inserito nei Festival di maggiore rilievo nel contesto europeo, C2C approfondisce la sua scena avant pop, giungendo alla XXII Edizione, guidando ancora una volta la svolta della ricerca musicale, dell’avanguardia e dell’approfondimento artistico, collegando la sperimentazione ad un contesto storico culturale importantissimo.

C2C quest’anno porta il titolo “Living with the Gods”, ispirato al saggio di Neil McGregor, storico d’arte, rafforzando la sua identità nei contesti dell’Art Contemporary week di Torino.
Conferma un percorso che nel tempo è divenuto luogo “iconico”, centro significativo di progetti artistici di grande ricercatezza e consapevolezza.
C2C è logo privilegiato di un flusso da sempre creativo, pioniere, precursore, divenendo sempre più “dimensione” e “status” di differenti penetrazioni artistiche. Dominante nella scena club, trattiene la sua essenza nella riproduzione “evolutiva” di suoni diversi, eclettici, fissando un’immagine effervescente e vivida, divenendo attrattore di gusto, scenografia, estetica e suono, oltrepassando le dimensioni artistiche del sé, del loro, del noi.

Attento alle “metamorfosi” sociali, culturali, creative ed artistiche C2C presenta i primi 13 nomi della line up mantenendo il livello che da più di 20 anni permette l’accesso ad una connessione ultra-dimensionale tanto da aggiudicarsi un posto tra i migliori Festival del 2023 nelle classifiche di Pitchfork. Un’attenzione ai soggetti, agli eventi laterali e centrali dell’intero ambiente; la cura del linguaggio, l’assoluto rispetto degli spazi preordinati sia ad una personale e individuale conoscenza sia ad una percezione collettiva.
Presentata il 31 gennaio la prima parte della line up che include gli esordi e le esclusive di artisti che meritano particolare attenzione nella scena musicale europea e non solo.
Tra questi grande attesa per Hassle audio Showcase, l’etichetta fondata da Ben Ufo, Pangea e Person sound: un progetto il loro che dal 2007 fonde la ricerca puramente sonora con un’ambizione ben strutturata dal punto di vista della produzione, esercitando una declinazione sofisticata che si esprime tra dance, night club e post- dubstep.
Il ritorno di Arca, dopo i live del 2017 al Lingotto, e del 2022 alle OGR, factory storiche del Festival di Torino. Ma anche, Kali Malone, Nala Sinephro, Sofia Kourtesis, Romy che ha concluso il suo 2023 con un album da solista sostenuto dagli XX che confermano la sua cifra artistica: Mid Air
Bicep in esclusiva italiana con un set audiovisivo Chroma, realizzato con la collaborazione di Zak Norman/ Black Box Echo.
Grande attenzione per Shabaka, sassofonista dei Comet is Coming. DARKSIDE progetto di Nicolas Jaar e Dave Harrington che annaffia il Rock con l’elettronica. E ancora tre esordi sulla scena: Billy Woods, Sega Bodega e Mandy,Indiana.

Perfectly inserted among the most important festivals in the European context, C2C deepens its avant pop scene, reaching its XXII edition, once again leading the turning point of musical research, avant-garde and artistic deepening, linking experimentation to a very important historical and cultural context.
C2C this year bears the title 'Living with the Gods', inspired by the essay by Neil McGregor, art historian, reinforcing its identity in the context of Art Contemporary week in Turin.
It confirms a path that over time has become an "iconic" place, a significant centre of artistic projects of great refinement and awareness.
C2C is the privileged logo of a flow that has always been creative, pioneer, precursor, becoming more and more a "dimension" and "status" of different artistic penetrations. Dominant in the club scene, it retains its essence in the "evolutionary" reproduction of different, eclectic sounds, fixing an effervescent and vivid image, becoming an attractor of taste, scenography, aesthetics and sound, transcending the artistic dimensions of the self, the them, the us.
Paying attention to social, cultural, creative and artistic 'metamorphoses', C2C presents the first 13 names on the line-up, maintaining the level that has allowed access to an ultra-dimensional connection for more than 20 years, so much so that it has been awarded a place among the best festivals of 2023 in Pitchfork's rankings.A focus on the subjects, the lateral and central events of the entire environment; the care for language, the absolute respect for the spaces preordained both to a personal and individual knowledge and to a collective perception.
The first part of the line-up was presented on 31 January, which includes the debuts and exclusives of artists who deserve special attention in the European music scene and beyond.
These include great expectations for Hassle audio Showcase, the label founded by Ben Ufo, Pangea and Person sound: a project of theirs that since 2007 has been merging purely sonic research with a well-structured ambition in terms of production, exercising a sophisticated declination that expresses itself between dance, night club and post-dubstep.
The return of Arca, after the 2017 live shows at the Lingotto, and 2022 at the OGR, Turin Festival's historic factory. But also, Kali Malone, Nala Sinephro, Sofia Kourtesis, Romy who concluded her 2023 with a solo album backed by the XX confirming her artistic signature: Mid Air
